Hondo ISD is participating in the Texas Strategic Leadership (TSL) pilot with ESC Region 20. The overall goal of the TSL is to guide the district through the strategic planning process and assist with aligning the initiatives currently in place. We are collecting stakeholder survey data to assist the Hondo ISD strategic planning committee in determining the district's direction.
Here are a few reminders:
- The survey will open on December 9 and close on December 16.
- The survey is anonymous, and the data will be returned to Region 20.
- Region 20 will share a data summary with the Hondo strategic planning committee.
- The administration will not have access to the results but will receive the same data as the committee.
